I registered my contact information on ReadyKern for the AHAS messages, but I need to update my information. How can I do this?
Answer: If you have created an account on ReadyKern, you can update your contact information by logging on and accessing your profile.
If you were able to sign up for ReadyKern without creating an account, please contact Marlene Acosta at the Kern County Fire-Office of Emergency Services at 661-873-2602 and she will be able to assist you.
Or, you may send an email to readykern@kerncountyfire.org requesting your contact information be updated.
